Tour Terms & Conditions

The tour price is based on airfares, land tours, accommodations, and other anticipated expenses per the exchange rates in effect August 15, 2009. In the unlikely event that there is a dramatic change in exchange rates between this time and the tour date, price adjustments may be made.

educon Travel has subcontracted some parts of this tour with local resources in good faith. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, local contingencies, & other situations outside of our control, parts of the tour may be changed according to the needs of the tour group per the existing itinerary. This tour is designed and priced for 20 travelers. Should fewer than 20 persons participate, a price adjustment may be necessary.

A passport is required with a minimum of 6 months validity from the day of departure, i.e., your passport must be valid through November 19, 2010. If you do not have a passport or if you need to renew your existing passport, you may inquire at a U.S. Post Office or go online at, http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:  A full refund of any monies received by educon Travel will promptly be made to clients, less a $100 fee, for requests made before February 15, 2010.  A refund, less the cost of airfares, may be made between February 15 & April 15, 2010. However, airfares may be refundable at this time IF the conditions of cancellation meet the restrictions contained within the travel insurance agreement.  Any changes in the tour program in the midst of the tour itself by individual tour participants themselves are made at their own risk & without a refund for unused services.

HOTELS:  Rates published are for double-occupancy rooms in 2-3 star hotels & pensions.

educon’s philosophy of travel is to keep accommodation expenses low & to spend more freely on the tour itself. We believe that accommodations should be safe and clean & that other amenities are optional.
